Nestled within the Foxcroft neighborhood of Charlotte, this primary bathroom was renovated with two goals in mind: create an elevated look that maximizes storage. We added hidden medicine cabinets in the vanity mirror, and found additional space in the water closet to hide away the necessities. On the A/V side, we included motion sensor toe kick lighting and motorized drapery that can be activated from a cell phone. This space is as functional as it is beautiful.

A bachelor pad in a brand new building became home to a thriving young man and his three-legged dog. With incredible artwork, he requested a modern industrial feel, which we balanced with the warmth and comfort of felt wallcovering in his Primary Bedroom and luxurious custom upholstery.
COS COB, CT
This sweet family of four purchased a 1960's ranch style home, which was in dire need of fresh look; one that would suit the needs of their active life and accommodate their love for entertaining. We removed walls to open their space and incorporated customized details around every bend. We started in the Kitchen and Mudroom, and expanded to their Powder Room and Primary Bathroom for a full kitchen and bath upgrade.

A luxury multi-family apartment building in the heart of Chicago on Lake Shore Drive. EHD was selected over a local Chicago interior designer as the Full Service Interior Design firm tasked to renovate the historically landmarked lobby of this incredible building. We located original photos from 1925, which revealed an original black and white floor. Without hesitation, we reinvented the pattern, restored the original mural, wood paneling and sconces, and added contemporary furniture to create an authentic, historically relevant space.
